Hawaii Lawyer Edward J.S.F. Smith

Edward J.S.F. Smith is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Offices of Edward J.S.F. Smith, a Honolulu law firm practicing in the areas of divorce and family law and immigration matters. Mr. Smith helps individuals and families with all their issues in Honolulu divorce from the simple to the complex, including child support and spousal support, property division, modifications, and child custody disputes, including international child abductions. Mr. Smith also works to see that families are brought together or kept together under U.S. immigration law, and helps people obtain permanent residency and deal with a variety of other immigration issues.

Mr. Smith attended law school at the Shepard Broad Law Center of Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where he was a member of the Moot Court trial competition team. Mr. Smith is also the founder and developer of Mana Software, makers of forms processing and case management software designed for the Hawaii legal community.
